I am not sure how to sync my data metrics to my Samsung health app. Your device doesn't also connect as an accessory to the Samsung watch 4. Hope you fix this soon. Additionally your sync isn't accurate. How fo you force a sync?When you check for updates, it doesn't tell you the device is up to date or not and also if wifi is setup until you attempt to set it up again. I just hope the blood pressure readings are accurate. I am losing interest.

Latest update stopped the sleep sensors from working. Fixed with a reboot of the router and updating the sensors.

Still does not show the fitness level even though the GPS works well. I thought that an update to the scanwatch or android app was supposed to fix. Help please.
Guys I cannot even into the app to set up my devices? What is going on
The latest version doesn't work with the Move ECG. The watch just doesn't connect via the app even though it is seen by Bluetooth. I wasted 2 hours trying to get it to work before reverting to an earlier version. Really really poor show by Withings
My old review got deleted? One year with watch and now my phone connects to my watch but app is always syncing or totally disconnected. Disappointed as I just bought a second watch for my wife.
Had to reset my phone and now I can't even log into the app. I am sent on an endless loop of trying to log in and getting verification codes. It won't sense and add readings from my thermometer anymore either.
